This class is designed to introduce young athletes to proper movements that are necessary for athletic performance.

  • Shoulder & Arm strengthening

Prepare for the 2019 Spring Baseball Season!

no throwing in November/December. Combine with Steve’s Throwing program in January, which will also be on t/th.


Late fall/early winter is a great time for young athletes to be working on their athletic development. Taking a break from baseball, whether they played fall ball or not – is a good idea during these months. While taking time off from throwing, athletes should be getting stronger, staying in good shape, and working to take a step forward next season.
