Ballplayer Strong is a year-round program that trains athletes to reach their peak athletic potential. Working closely with each athlete’s schedule and sports program, Steve provides all of the tools necessary to develop a well rounded Ballplayer.

Current Schedule

Training is currently 3 days per week + weekend group hitting.


In Studio:

Tuesday / Thursday from 7-7:45 or 7:45 – 8:30

Saturday from 2:00 – 3:00 (subject to adjust based on athlete’s schedules)

Hitting at JM (Joaquin Moraga Intermediate)

Saturday from 1:00 – 2:00
