BASEBALL PRESEASON HITTING SKILLS ⚾
- Limited to 6 players. Lots of reps and instruction from one of our 3 great hitting coaches. Working on hitting mechanics, creating power, more consistent contact, and adjusting to different pitches and speeds.

BASEBALL PITCHING DEVELOPMENT ⚾
- Limited to 4 players. Individualized pitching instruction and development plan over the course of the class designed by former SMC pitcher Derik Eaquinto. Players will improve their mechanics, create more power, and begin to learn multiple pitches and grips to get ready for a strong spring season.

CREATE YOUR OWN GROUP - Every season we have groups that come to us for a custom group where we work together to find a consistent day and time and coach, and then create a dedicated group based on what you’d like to work on for the season (some combination of pitching/hitting/catching/defense/speed/agility/strength)
HIGH SCHOOL WINTER 2025-26

Winter is the time to prepare for the spring baseball season. High school athletes who choose us to help them prepare for tryouts in February and the upcoming season will train 4 times a week in the weight room, in the batting cages, and on the field. An additional strength and agility session will be held Wednesday mornings before school.
We will have a full arm strength build up program for pitchers and position players alike, starting in December. Players will get tons of reps at the plate and on defense throughout the winter on the field and at our indoor facility. This includes general team defensive tactics and strategy.
