FALL BASEBALL PROGRAMS
8/24-10/30 (10 Weeks)
CREATE YOUR OWN GROUP - Every season we have groups that come to us for a custom group where we work together to find a consistent day and time and coach, and then create a dedicated group based on what you’d like to work on for the season (some combination of pitching/hitting/catching/defense/speed/agility/strength)
SMALL GROUP HITTING ⚾
- Limited to 6 players. Lots of reps and instruction from one of our 3 great hitting coaches. Working on hitting mechanics, creating power, more consistent contact, and adjusting to different pitches and speeds.
Ages 8-10

SMALL GROUP PITCHING ⚾
- Limited to 6 players. Individualized pitching instruction and development plan over the course of the class designed by . Players will improve their mechanics, create more power, and begin to learn multiple pitches and grips to get ready for a strong spring season.

FALL TRAINING + HITTERS LEAGUE
Fall Training @ Ballplayers - Baseball specific offseason program focused on strength, speed, agility, mobility and arm care. Hitting and pitching mechanics are added starting in October, with sessions moving from 1hr to 90 minutes

Fall Machine Hitter’s League - Machine Hitters League @ Miramonte. Structured hitting sessions for up to 8 players. Situational hitting + hitting curveballs, sliders and higher velocity fastballs using special machine balls
