Enter the lab and take your game to the next level! This fully immersive program will cover every aspect of hitting, paired with specific strength training to increase bat speed and power. Instructed by BAB’s professional hitting coaches.

• Initial onboarding assessment and video analysis for each hitter

  • Track exit velocity and address potential corrections to swing mechanics

• Underload, overload and one hand training drills

  • These modalities will increase forearm strength and bat speed

• Progressions from Tee, Front Toss and Live Pitching

  • December is focused more on mechanical improvements, while January will shift to game-like situational hitting

• Objective data from Diamond Kinetics Swing Tracker

  • Track bat speed, ball exit speed, and impact momentum which has a high correlation with overall power

• Strength and Power training tailored to each hitter

  • Lower body, core, and rotational power training

6th & 7th Graders: Members $299, Non-Members $425 (16 sessions)
