How to Filter by Coach:
We offer an unmatched experience for private lessons. Steve and his instructors provide instruction based on years of professional and international experience. From St. Mary's pitchers to first-time players, each athlete is provided the tools to take their game to the next level.
Our lessons are done indoor (as labeled on our booking page). In the facility we have a mound, pitching machine, and use our Hittrax machine to track all kinds of data that we use to individualize the instruction for each athlete
We offer the following lessons for baseball players:
Pitching: Increase your velocity and accuracy through development of proper throwing technique and a dynamic arm care routine.
Hitting: Develop an athletic hitting approach to generate power and increase exit velocity.
Defense: Sharpen your glove skills, footwork, and throwing technique.
Catching: Work on fundamental catching skills such as framing, blocking, pitch calling and throwing/transfers
Strength/Speed/Agility: For athletes of all types who want to increase performance or recover from injury.
