PERFORMANCE TRAINING 🏋️
- Small groups of up to 8 athletes so our coach can oversee all aspects of training and help make great physical progress over the course of the program. Focus is on strength, speed, agility, balance, coordination and flexibility to help athletes in every sport. All sessions with Coach Abby

LACROSSE TRAINING🥍
- Speed/Agility/Strength/Shooting. Every year, athletes that commit to the program are rewarded with faster running speed, better footwork and agility, and significantly improved shooting technique and speed. Testing is done weekly to ensure players are on track for consistent improvement.

SMALL GROUP HITTING ⚾
- Limited to 6 players. Lots of reps and instruction from one of our hitting coaches. Working on hitting mechanics, creating power, more consistent contact, and adjusting to different pitches and speeds.

SMALL GROUP PITCHING ⚾
- Limited to 4 players. Individualized pitching instruction and development plan over the course of the class with a Ballplayer pitching coach. Prepares pitchers to have confidence and throw strikes in games this Spring.

AQUATIC STRENGTH TRAINING 🤽
- Limited to 8 athletes. Focus on total body strengthening for swimmers and water polo players - especially lower body, core, and shoulders. Also includes targeted mobility exercises.
Ages 9-12
Fridays 5:30 - 6:30pm
SOFTBALL 🥎
- BRING YOUR OWN GROUP Limited to 6 players. Small Group and Individual Clinics with Saint Mary’s D1 player Lindsay Cabral. Skills clinics will focus on hitting, throwing and fielding so players are ahead of the pack this spring season. EMAIL US to inquire

- We can create a custom sport-specific or multi-sport group. Once you know your practice schedule, reach out to us and we can create a dedicated group for your child & their friends or team.
