Small Group Hitting

Hitting with one of our awesome hitting coaches. Tee work, soft toss and coach pitch. 1hr sessions with only 6 players maximum, so lots of reps for each player!

Performance Training

Athletic training for Ballplayers of every sport! Our 3rd-6th grade (Ages 9-12) class is focused on agility, balance, coordination as well as learning the fundamentals of bodyweight and band resisted strength training. We set up the foundation for quality movement for every athlete, and have lots of fun doing it!

Water Polo

Privates and small group or team training with Coach Steve or Trevor. Focus on throwing form, shot speed, upper body/lower body/core strengthening as well as some balance and mobility work.
