Athlete Performance Lab

Athletic training for Ballplayers of every sport! Our class for Ages 13+ is focused on building a foundation for quality movement for every athlete, and have lots of fun doing it! We provide each athlete with their own program to follow with our performance coach, and guide them through every exercise. From beginners to advanced athletes, we challenge each athlete according to where they are physically, and prepare them for their sport based on the season and their practice and playing schedules.

  • Schedule: (all booked on the BOOKING PAGE)

    • Monday - Thursday classes at 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30

    • Friday class at 4:30pm

High School Hitting

Small group hitting for high school players. Tee work and soft toss followed by live hitting at game speed off real pitchers and our hack attack pitching machine

Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday

7:30 - 8:30pm (all booked on the BOOKING PAGE)


Lacrosse Training

Speed/Agility/Strength specifically for Lacrosse players. Plus indoor shooting in the cage. We prepare players in the Fall and Winter so that they can be 2 steps ahead in the spring and summer! Coached by Steve Hammond, who has trained numerous pro and college Lacrosse players

Water Polo Training

Privates and small group or team training with Coach Steve. Focus on throwing form, shot speed, upper body/lower body/core strengthening as well as some balance and mobility work.
